Trip Maschmeyer - Senior Analyst

Trip was born and raised in Memphis, TN. After playing sports in high school and running some track and field at the University of Arkansas, Trip realized he was a “jack of all trades but a master of none” when it came to sports. He then dedicated himself to his studies in mechanical engineering. This background of intense mathematics and love of sports gives Trip his distinct advantage in fantasy football.

Trip took up fantasy football for the first time in college. After barely missing the playoffs the first year (thanks for nothing Thomas Jones and Rudi Johnson 2007), his competitive genes kicked in and Trip has been playing the game at a high level ever since.  You can expect you'll get his best analysis both on the website and on the podcast while throwing humility to the wind.

I started playing fantasy football my freshman year of college and I’ve been hooked ever since. Some say I sound like a young Morgan Freeman. I’m a big man with a big temper; everything and everyone pisses me off to some degree, and you will often get to hear me talk about it. I will try to keep it interesting for ya so stay tuned.

Editor's Note - Chase graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Never content with the canned lines of his on-air colleagues, he gained a reputation of bringing humor to Fayetteville's airwaves and using his opinions to blind-side whomever he was working with. He currently lives outside of Little Rock.
